Your personal data is managed by Ingradata but stored on servers located in the USA. Fatcow and its parent company, The Endurance International Group, Inc., are not currently members of the Privacy Shield Framework (https://www.privacyshield.gov) and therefore our data protection mechanisms do not currently comply with the GDPR data protection requirements. That is why you must explicitly accept this agreement, as provided in Article 49(1) of the GDPR.

Viewing or deleting your data - Revoking your permission

Stored personal data is deleted if you withdraw your consent to their storage, if their storage is no longer necessary to fulfill the intended purpose, or if their storage for other legal reasons is inadmissible.
